SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责：

Responsible for the design and testing for the mirrored cabinet and the related accessories applications, and make technical solutions/proposals in a global multi-function team environment to meet manufacturing /engineering/marketing/ID design and customer objectives as specified.
负责设计和测试镜柜和相关附件产品。
在全球多部门工作环境下，根据客户市场期望，工业造型设计来进行相关具体结构设计以满足制造，工程等各方面的需求。
Work with global multi-function team to ensure to launch within the defined time frame;
和全球多部门团队共同合作来确保产品按时投入生产。
To ensure all products applications and technical proposal are done using all provided guidelines/checking tools, specs, lessons learned, benchmarking, manufacturing inputs etc…Lead and do prepare all necessary documentations and files like the application proposal, performance specifications.
确保所有相关产品的结构设计满足科勒及国家相关产品标准，要求等。
并领导和准备所有的相关文件，包括且不只包括图纸、数模、标准、规范、测试要求、计划等。

Support Project development of business and product specifications, advise on feasibility and cost analysis; analyze and apply market / regulatory requirements to product specifications;
支持项目团队开发各过程，提供可行性分析报告和价格预估等信息，应用各类新技术，新规范与产品设计开发过程中。

Support related functions in component/product sourcing and qualification process, provide technical trainings from time to time, translate marketing language into engineering terms, provide team with corresponding supplier choosing list and quotation reference , perform as a consultant to help qualify potential suppliers;
支持公司内其他各部门的工作，包括但不限于如零件、产品的采购和审核认可流程等，提供必要的技术培训、解释给相关部门人员，将市场语言转换为工程技术要求，协助相关部门进行相关供货商的选择，报价等工作，譬如协助进行潜在供货商能力审核等工作。

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor"s Degree in Mechanical is required. Min 6 years mechanical design experience, familiar with NPD process, experience in electronic products with integrated lighting/sterilizer etc preferred. Extensive knowledge in Injection mold, Extrusion mold and Machining processes; better knowledge to plastic material, sealing material. Familiar with Pro/E and Auto CAD, DFMEA/PFMEA, use tolerance calculation to achieve target functionality. Experience in global organization and multi-national corporations preferred. Fluent in English including writing and oral. Familiar with 6 sigma (DMAIC & DFSS), as well as basic Reliability knowledge.
