BASIC FUNCTION / 基本职责


负责沈阳科勒仓库的管理，确保所有原料、物料，成品的收、发、存符合公司运作的需求。

Responsible for the Shenyang Kohler warehouse management, Ensure the receiving, delivering and storing of all raw materials,supply materials and finished products can meet the requirement of Company operation.



SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES / 具体工作职责

l 建立、健全仓库管理制度，制定并实施精简、有效的工作程序。
Responsible for establishment and strengthening of management rules and regulations, making and conducting concise and effective work procedure.

l 协调、组织仓库各项收、发货活动。执行FIFO原则。
Responsible for coordination and organization of receiving and delivering goods。Follow up FIFO rules.

l 合理安排库存物品的存放区域，保证库存物品数量准确和储运安全。
Responsible for reasonable arrangement of goods stock zone to ensure the correct amount and safe transport;

l 准确及时向各相关部门提供各类库存报表。
Responsible for supplying relevant departments with stock reports correctly and on time;

l 负责仓库各类储运设备的日常维护、保养。
Responsible for daily upholding and maintenance of storage and transport equipment;

l 制定仓库员工岗位责任制，培训、督促属下员工保质保量完成工作任务。
Responsible for making warehouse keepers’ position duties, training and urging them to fulfill their work in quality and quantity;

l 确保所有物料储运及员工操作符合安全要求，达成部门安全表现目标。
Responsible for ensuring all materials storage and transport and associates’ operation to be in line with safety requirements for reaching departmental target for safety performance;

l 维护和完善公司各类物料管理系统。
Responsible for upholding and perfecting materials management system;

l 负责下属员工的工作目标设定、工作表现评定工作。
Responsible for setting work targets for and making performance evaluation on subordinates;

l 负责仓库有关十环认证的相关事宜。

Responisble for managing the related issue of 10 cycle attestation in Warehouse;

l 负责监管第三方仓库的日常管理，确保成品的收、发、存符合公司运作的需求。

Responsible for monitoring 3PL daily management, assuring the receiving, delivering and storing of FG can meet the requirement of Company operation

l 执行公司的安全、质量、环境管理方针，实现公司安全、质量、环境等目标。

Responsible implementing safety, quality, environment management policy to achieve company’s safety, quality, environment goals.

l 协助推动安全、质量及环境管理手册和程序文件在部门的执行实施。

Help manager to implement all safety, quality and environment handbook and procedure document in operation department.

l 指导员工遵守公司的安全规定，正确佩戴PPE，执行安全操作。

Follow company’s EHS rules, SOPs, PPE requirement when come into workshop.

l 组织和安排员工参加安全学习、安全培训及考核。

Attend EHS learning and training.

l 积极汇报事故或安全隐患。

Report accident or potential safety issue timely.

l 制止或汇报不安全行为。

Stop or report unsafe behavior

l 协助统计EHS数据。

Help to collect EHS related data

Report to Supply Chain Manager directly.

l 与公司分级包装、QA部门保持密切联系。
Keep close contact with FPP, QA Department.

Collaborative associations with outside social bureau



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / 教育背景及工作经历要求

l 本科或以上学历，物资管理或相关专业优先。
Bachlor degree or above, major in Materials Management or related professional majors preferred.

l 至少五年以上外资企业物料控制和仓库管理工作经验。
Minimum five years working experiences in materials control and warehouse management in foreign-funded enterprise.

l 熟悉电脑操作。
Familiar with computer operation.

l 精通SAP管理系统，有一定的财务管理经验。
Good with SAP system and has certain financial experience.

l 熟悉ISO/EHS/OHSAS管理系统。
Familiar with ISO/EHS/OHSAS management system;

l 良好的英文水平

Good at English.

l 良好的沟通能力

Good communication skill.

l 良好的组织协调能力

Good organization and coordination ability
