该职位来源于猎聘BASIC FUNCTIONSBe specifically responsible for project channel of kitchen sink & faucet, implement the product program and achieving the sales target in line with the category objective. He/she also need to work closely with internal functional departments include but not limited with national & regional project sales team, kitchen cabinet sales team, as well as external customer eg, distributors, developers, and designers etc. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand the market and consumer needs for the related categories- kitchen sink & faucet, and kitchen appliance if any; be able to study and analyze market trend and competitor. Follow up with K30/K50/K100, drive the assigned category sales exclusively. Understand customer needs to design a product solution, coordinate with product marketing, engineer and manufacture to drive the project sales.Be responsible for project orders especially customization or REA request, including project evaluation, drawings review, margin analysis, project quotation and PCI release etc.Support to develop innovative and effective sales tools for project channel. Work closely with functional teams -OP, engineer, purchasing, logistic etc. to optimize process.Work closely with sales team by participating customer visit to drive more strategic agreement biddings and signed to strengthen project penetration.Be able to conduct professional training to both internal and external audience.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree or aboveSales or Marketing working experience especially kitchen& bath or kitchen cabinet industry experience for at least 3 years, with solid marketing experience is highly preferredThis person should be aggressive, with strong ownership, strong influence power, convincible, creative, resourceful and commercial sense and analytical skillWell experienced with adequate MS office softwareAcknowledge a satisfactory written & spoken English levelGood capability of communication skill, marketing analysis skillResponsibility & ownership, high efficiency
