JOB PURPOSE
In-wall tank product lab management and test execution.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Ensure the new product design quality by In-wall tank product testing. Ensure the test report deliver timely per project plan.
1.通过嵌入式水箱产品测试，确保新产品设计质量。 确保测试报告按照项目计划及时交付。

1.1 Responsible for In-wall tank testing and new product QTP/VTP process execution.

1.2 Responsible for test procedure establishment based on related standards /engineering spec.

1.3 Responsible for test execution per test plan, test report preparation and submission.

1.4 Work with Product engineer and QA department to solve problems in testing.

1.5 Cooperate with the third party laboratory to ensure the QTP/VTP test plan is completed on time
1.1负责罐内测试和新产品QTP/VTP工艺执行。
1.2负责根据相关标准/工程规范建立试验程序。
1.3负责按照测试计划执行测试，准备并提交测试报告。
1.4与产品工程师和质量保证部合作解决测试中的问题。
1.5与第三方实验室合作，确保按时完成QTP/VTP测试计划


2. Ensure the test quality and the laboratory facilities are in good condition. According to the new product plan to establish new test abilities.

2.1 Responsible for the management and maintenance of Changzhou laboratory facilities and equipment, establish maintenance and budget plan.

2.2 Responsible for equipment calibration.

2.3 Responsible for EHS of laboratory according to factory policy

2.4 Changzhou lab capability establishment, road map development
2.1负责常州市实验室设施设备的管理和维护，制定维护和预算计划。

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s or above, majoring in Mechanical & Electrical engineering or similar.
本科或以上学历，机电工程或相关专业。

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
· 5 years or above in testing lab

· Should Understand the product development process.

· Knowledge in ISO 17025 and lab operation

· Knowledge of common national / international standards

· Knowledge of engineering systems and processes

· Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
