BASIC FUNCTION


Responsible for the HR services, this involves recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and administration, which support the overall business strategy.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct recruitment procedure to find proper candidate for opening including exempt and ANE, FNE associates.
- KCM, SAP system maintenance and update. File and maintain employees' p-file. Be responsible for labor Contract sign/renew/termination
- Handle Payroll and IIT. Social insurance & Housing fund and annual declaration and commercial insurance
- Handle employment and exit process, medical checkup etc. Responsible for operators’training skill matrix and cooperate with operation to provide necessary training to ensure the operation qualification.
- Responsible for administration service to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Timely update and maintain company bulletin boards/newsletter
- Daily communication with line employees. Support worker's performance system. Complete and integrate all HR Report timely and accurately; Monthly HR reports
- Support to prepare audits data.
- Others working tasks are signed by manager.

Solid report to HR Manager.
Contact with internal all departments

Collaborative associations with outside social bureau
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor degree, majored in HR or relevant education background.

- Over 8 years related experience.

- Good knowledge and practice in recruitment.

- Good command of English both in oral and written.

- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.

- Good skill of data analyzing.

- Know well of MS office, video making etc.
