RESPONSIBILITIES

Be responsible for mechanical system design and parts design. To establish product"s reliability test procedures. To implement product/Parts DFMEA/QTP/VTP test plan. Conceives and plans engineering subtasks to explore product or process problems; defines and selects new concepts and approaches to the design or development of new or improved products, processes, equipment or facilities; Coordinate activities with other functional areas, suppliers, contractors and consultants. Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

External contacts with Supplier, Contractor

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor"s Degree in Mechanical is required. Min 3 years complicated electronic products ( Medical instruments / Sanitary / Refrigerator / Dishwasher / Vacuum cleaner /etc) mechanical design experience. Extensive knowledge in Injection mold and Machining processes; better knowledge to plastic material, sealing material. Familiar with Pro/E and Auto CAD, use tolerance calculation to achieve target functionality. Experience in global organization and multi-national corporations preferred. Fluent in English including writing and oral, at least CET-6. Familiar with 6 sigma (DMAIC & DFSS), as well as basic Reliability knowledge. Able to work under pressure
