该职位来源于猎聘职责描述：BASIC FUNCTION In charge of carrying out and managing company quality management system, approving inspection standards of final goods and carrying out audit of final goods. Communicate with third parties outside about quality issue. Responsible for customer complaint handling and satisfying customer requirement.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES?Responsible for building up, optimizing and supervising Changzhou Kohler Quality Management System.?Responsible for reporting the operation condition of quality system and the organization of management review.?Responsible for initiating quality manual and procedure files.?Responsible for organizing and supervising quality internal audit.?Responsible for leading the certifying of products domestically and internationally.?Responsible for coordinating to develop new products to meet quality standard and schedule requirement.?Responsible for accessory developing and quality control.?Responsible for daily work of Quality Committee.?Responsible for examining and certifying suppliers in quality, guiding subordinates to check and control well-done materials in quality.?Responsible for leading Quality Assurance Dept’s daily operation.?Responsible for subordinates’ training and development and performance evaluation, improve subordinates’ working performance .?Responsible for the departmental safety, environment training, coaching, supervising and inspecting.?Other daily tasks which assigned by management temporarily.任职要求：Education required:?Bachelor or above education background.Experience required: ?Above 10 years QA related working experience in MNC, with 5 years in management position.?Strong experience and technical background in quality management. ?Rich experience in six-sigma implementation and management or relevant functions . ?Must have experience in working with people of different cultures and backgrounds. Equipment Used :?Computer skill of MS Office, e-mail.?Skilled in Minitab a plus is preferred Knowledge / Skill required ?Good quality management knowledge?Good knowledge of Kaizen processes.?Understanding and appreciation for the various functions and disciplines involved in quality management system.?Basic financial control, financial reporting knowledge and administration systems .Competencies required:?Good responsibility, calmness and quick decision-making ability. ?Good organizational and analytical abilities .?Good communication skills?Good at oral/written English and Mandarin.?Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.?Patient and be able handle pressure situation.?Willingness in learning. ?Good Team player, good at team dynamics and motivators.
